One photo shoot leads to another

     I shot this truck after shooting the owner's cherry 1940 Ford coupe. Then he brought out his wife's pink 1957 Oldsmobile. I decided to save his white 1957 Olds for another photo shoot, and the 1957 Chevy Bel-Air next to it is going to get a restoration, so there's plenty of reason to go back.



Practical Classic Cars

     So out of this whole fleet, the truck is the newest vehicle at over twenty-five years old. I think he's onto something here, considering what you pay for new cars which cost a fortune to repair and don't even get you all the thumbs-up gestures from people on the road that the classic cars do.

     Okay, so you're a carpenter and you've built your 1940 Ford but you can't carry your tools to the job with it, so what do you do? How about a custom flatbed on the truck with toolboxes and some nice hand-crafted stake-sides? Add some flames and chrome wheels and you're ready to go to work. Just be sure to take pictures of that 1940 Ford Coupe, 1959 Chevy Impala, 1957 Pink Oldsmobile, and whatever else you've got back in the garage - now that people know you're into cars you'll need them.
